Channel 5 welcomes all comments from viewers about its programmes. The Customer Services Team produces a daily report, which is circulated to everyone at Channel 5.  We'd be happy to hear from you if you have a comment about our output and you can contact us via one of these methods.

 

We also deal with lots of enquiries and in order to provide the best service possible please note the following:

 

We do not deal with technical enquiries about Demand 5 (our on-line catch up facility)  You need to contact the dedicated Support Team here.

 

If you have an enquiry about your reception of our channels, then you must check our How To Get Channel 5 section.  If you cannot find the answer to your enquiry here, then please fill out this form.  This provides us with the information we need to deal with your enquiry.

 

Our schedules are only confirmed two weeks in advance and you can get 7 day advance listings information here.  We cannot provide any information beyond this period, so please do not ask us.  If you cannot find scheduling information on a programme within our FAQs or on the TV Guide on the website then we do not have the information either.

 

Due to the volume of correspondence handled by Customer Services, we are unable to respond to any enquiries where the information is available within our FAQs or on our website.
